Due to my satisfaction with our NTL Telephone and Digital TV Service, we decided to change our Broadband provider.
We had been unhappy with Supanet for some time (see previous review) and therefore NTL seemed the natural choice. However, I didn't enter into the decision lightly - the last thing I wanted was for us to be stuck with another under achieving Broadband supplier and so I looked into what NTL could offer me and took the time to understand my options.
As with my Telephone and TV, I looked into NTL Broadband via their website, ntl.co.uk. Before viewing the Broadband options available to you, you must enter your Postcode to ensure that Broadband is available in your area. Once you have done this, you are then able to view the Broadband packages that NTL currently offer.

I?ve been an NTL customer for 5 years now and what started as them being my phone company has changed into them providing my phone, TV package and internet service. Earlier this year they came third in a worst customer service poll, but my experience has been generally positive with them. Advantages: Convienent Disadvantages: Bad customer service
We moved house about 2 years ago and had to sort out the usual things including out T.V. Previously we had sky satelite with the dish.
We found out the new house had ntl cable and thought this would be better. No dish and according to them a good service.
So i called them and found it cost about the same as sky around £40 for the full package.
You can just have the basic package for £11.50 which is the channels on freeview plus some extra.
The family pack for £19.50 has disney channels, paramount and others excluding sports and movies.
So seeing as we had all the channels previously we decided to stick with the full package.
