I'm sure by now, that you've seen the advertising and heard the myths about digital TV. If your local supplier is NTL don't believe a word. The leaflet that came through my door promised free TV e-mail and TV banking. NTL tells me this will actaully cost £40 per month on top of my line rental. It also promised ITV2. NTL has no permission whatsoever to broadcast this channel and it is not available to any subscribers. For the last two years they have promised me Champions League action. No channel they offer has this. They offered programming on both analogue and digital newly produced by the cable company as a fulfillment of their ITC licence. This has not happened. I am currently chasing this catalogue of misinformation through the Advertising Standards Authority. NEVER TOUCH NTL WITH A BARGEPOLE.
