NTL has been advertising heavily in newspaper and TV about the FREE Internet for house line. What about us? The students that lived in Halls of Residence in the University. My phone connection in my room is mainted by NTL and we have to pay so much just to get connected to the internet. No FREE Internet! Off peak surfing will cost us 1p per minute while the price drops to 0.6p during the weekend. But I am willing to pay the 9.99 pounds extra for every month just to get free internet for evenings and weekends. I was wondering when NTL is going to provide such service to us since we depends heavily on the Internet! Such a service will be helpful and we definitely will rate NTL as one of the best ISP if NTL agrees to do so. As a student in halls, we have been paying a lot for our telephone fees which benefits NTL since the cost of calls are still expensive.
