NTL

NTL is a company which provide Internet, telephone and digital to homes in the uk.
We become a customer of NTL after another company had let us down while we were moving house.
NTL came out within the week to set it all up for us.
It is a bit different from havign sky as they have to fix wires around your house, but the engineer did a good job at hiding the wires.

A couple of times I have had to have engineers out as the t.v has frozen and I have needed a new box, which NTL have done for free, but considering its happend 3 times in a year which is quite alot they should come for free.

I find though if i have any problems at the weekend that the customer service line is closed which can be quite frustrating.
When i do have to contact customer services I do find them very helpful and friendly, and with any problem i have had they have sorted out very quickly.

Overall NTL have alot of great packages.
I have found thought i have the 3 for £30 package but i find my phone bills very high even though i used mobile alot the only time i use the landline is when i ring banks etc..

I would recommend NTL to anyone as it is great value for money and even though its a massive company the customer services provided is to a very high standard.
