filmmaker Jared Hess seems to thrive in this specific cinematic exercise. Working fresh off the success of NAPOLEON DYNAMITE, Hess finds a similarly endearing hero-without-a-clue in Ignacio, played by Jack Black (HIGH FIDELITY, KING KONG), the title character in NACHO LIBRE. Ignacio, growing up in a poor monastery in Mexico, has dreamed of being a professional wrestler since childhood. This obsession has led him to a thankless adult existence as monastery whipping-boy and chef, serving stale, day-old nacho chips to finicky orphans. In an effort to earn the respect of new nun-hottie Sister Encarnacion (Ana De La Reguera) and escape the monastery into the greedy excess of pro wrestling, Ignacio enters a local amateur competition. Along the way, he picks up the notably scrawny yet tough street urchin Esqueleto (Hector Jimenez) as his tag-team partner. The duo hilariously loses badly and repeatedly to all manner of local wrestling oddities. It is only when Ignacio recognizes a higher goal than money and glory that he can truly compete with his professional idols, including the dreaded and evil champion Ramses. Co-written with Hess's writing partner and wife, Jerusha, and noted screenwriter Mike White (CHUCK & BUCK, THE GOOD GIRL), NACHO LIBRE is stocked with real-life wrestlers doing their thing. Jack Black's over-the-top physical humor blends in perfectly with repeated viewings of his stretchie pants and timely flatulence. In concert, the elements fuse to distill a comedy that should appeal to all ages eager to be pinned down in a full-nelson by laughter.n
Advantages: Game is easy to play after a while And Sound is good. Disadvantages: Graphics and Joystick.
...FIFA Street 2 (NDS) :
Fifa street 2 has poor visuals, poor ball physics, and poor artificial intelligence, the Nintendo DS version of FIFA Street 2 is undoubtedly the worst game to bear the FIFA Street name thus far. it has got very veyr bad graphics. and i reckon that they shouldnt of evan realised this game for nintendo ds as it has'nt got a joystick to move ure players about. they have put the joystick on the touch screen which u move with the stick. But it is easy to use once you have got the joystich to play the game.
the graphics are bad aswell, i reckon that they could of improved on them alot more. This game is not good at all and disapoited me when i bought it for NDS because when i playes it on my mates ps2 it was a really good game. but on the NDS is is not a good game at all.

...Tony Hawks is a strong institution among skaters and gamers alike. For me his games have always been likable, but there's something about Proving Ground that makes this game a cut above the rest. The NDS version of the game incorporates both the regular button control and the use of the stylus, optimizing the use of the touch screen facility. The game itself follows a good story, and doesn't treat the gamer as if they've never played a Tony Hawks game before, but is going with the fact that there are Hawks fans out there who are good, and there are beginners getting used to the style and control of the game. Proving Ground caters for both in an entertaining and challenging way. The soundtrack kicks ass too, completing the package....

Advantages: It is Football Disadvantages: Poor playablity, Poor sound, Little variety, Poor trick system
...Unfortunately, the Nintendo DS system does not get many big games produced especially for the machine. Okay, there are some specially designed Mario games and maybe a few others, but overall the NDS has to deal with cut down versions of home console games. Ooh, speak of the devil...
FIFA Street 2 has only one connection with the normal FIFA games, its played with a spherical ball! The aim of FS2 is to play different teams at different venue, eventually trying to become the best team in the 'street' world. One way to achieve points is to score goals, another to win games, but the real way to rack up the score sheet is to link together gravity-defying tricks and skills.
Unfortunately, the NDS fails in creating a useful trick system. While on other consoles, the tricks are played by using the buttons, the NDS version tries to innovate...

When I purchased this game last week, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. But when I played it I was pleasantly surprised. I thought that as I had not seen the film that perhaps I would not be slightly lost, but the game was easy to follow and... more
First of all, it's Worms. It's a timeless classic. It's one of the greatest games of all time. If you don't own it already, stop reading this and go out and buy it. Provided you're willing to spend £20 purely on the unjustified recommendation of a review more

My little sister recieved this game last christmas and, as far as I can tell has played on it no more than twice since. The whole concept just seems to be far too repetative to be able to hold the attention of a young child for more than a couple of... more
