wouldn't be without it!

Advantages: works brilliantly, lasts a long time
Disadvantages: can make cuticles hard

As a teenager I used to bite my nails all the time. Eventually I managed to stop in my early 20's but I think I had done some permanent damage to them. They peeled a lot and were very weak and bendy.
