OPI works another miracle!
Review of OPI Nail Polish Remover by
tasha_92
Advantages: acetone free
Disadvantages: none
why I bought it
I first got a mini bottle of this from my mum. And i feel in love with it because it doesn't hurt your cuticles. Because I bite my nails andnail beds i often have cut on my cuticles and i find with normal nail polish removers it really painful.
What it looks like
It comes in a clearish bottle with a black cap. The actual liquid is a redish colour.
how to use
take the cap off and tip a bit on to a cotton wool pad or *OPI lint ... ...3 seconds and wipe off, do it again if needed. acetone free
this product is acetone free unlike most nail polish removers this is better because acetone is a chemical that when you use it on your nail not only does it strip the nail varnish off it also strips your nail. So this may make it weak and also sting the cuticle and nail beds. And since it has no acetone you can use this on flalse nails. This hasgot Aloe Vera in it to soothe the cuticle ...

BAD, CRUSTY POLISH, BE GONE!
Review of Cutex Nail Polish Remover by
suttinreal
Advantages: DOESN WHAT IT SAYS ON THE BOTTLE
Disadvantages: A LITTLE HARDER TO USE ON GLITTERY POLISH
*PRODUCT*
Cutex Nail Polish Remover
*INTRODUCTION*
Having tried many of the nail polish removers on the market, I can safely say that I have been around the block a few times, when it comes to nail polish removers! The usual cheap, hard to use products which you can buy from almost any large store or chemist ensure that you need a lot of elbow grease in order for the product to do its job. However I can quote that Cutex IS DIFFERENT. It is effective ... ...I haven't yet come across a product which does a better job. However, that doesn't mean that I stop trying! However, in times of need, Cutex is always there :) The product is good value for money, and it lasts for ages, you can't go wrong!
Thanks for reading! ...

Review of Elegant Touch Get 'Em Off Nail Remover by
neenn
Advantages: Great for removing false nails and standard nail polish
Disadvantages: Could be too strong for brittle nails.
~ Elegant Touch ~
A wide range of nail care products are available from this brand which can be found in Superdrug and Boots etc.
The following nail varnish removers are available:
* Get 'Em Off ~ removal of false nails and nail polish
* Acetone free nail polish remover
* Super strength, new gel formula remover
* Moisture balance Bi Phase remover
* Nail polish remover wipes
~ Price ~
I bought my 200ml bottle a year ago in Superdrug and it ... ...goodness they may have, although Elegant Touch do say that it doesn't harm the natural nail.
Very surprisingly after the years of nibbling and torture my nails have endured, they are extremely strong so I can't see any evidence of damage but I wouldn't advise it for anyone who has quite soft, weak, brittle nails who only wants to remove standard nail varnish, I would advise them to use the moisture balance remover or something less harsh.
But for ...

Wipe Away
Review of Superdrug Nail Polish Remover Pads by
piggypine
Advantages: Easily removes nail varnish, relitively mess free
Disadvantages: Leaves hands greasy
...to be a fan of Superdrug nail polish remover pads.
Coming in a small round tub with an unscrew lid you get 40 or so cotton like pads which are infused with the nail varnish remover. There are 2 specific varieties available, there is the original "nail polish remover pads" which come in a lilac container while the "nourishing nail polish remover pads" which are said to contain added vitamin E and Aloe Vera come in a pink container, both are only ... ...(original) or £1.39 (nourishing) Both are suitable for use on the nails of your hands or feet.
The pads themselves all have a good amount of the polish remover within them, they aren't soaked in liquid as such and aren't dripping wet but they are damp to the touch and will leave residue on your skin which needs to be washed off, believe me you don't want to absently bite on a nail later in the day to taste the polish remover, it's vile and you wont ...
