Takes longer than 60 seconds but still good

Having recently become a bit obsessed with bright coloured nail varnishes, I decided it was time I started becoming a bit more frugal with them and buying cheaply. Think this one was about £2.50 which was ok. Comes in a small, typical nail varnish shaped glass bottle with a black lid and brush. The label promises it will be dry in under 60 seconds, will only need one coat and is quick and easy to apply. A label on the lid also claims that the brush ...
...which I believe it has and it helps. The nail varnish itself is quite thick but not gloopy, but even so it still will need 2 coats to make it completely non see through. A few hours after applying I washed my hands and little bits on the ends of the nails chipped off or flaked off which obviously isn't ideal, maybe I hadn't left them to dry long enough but this stuff is supposed to be fast drying. ...quite a fan of the Boots no7 range; however I was left more than disappointed when I tried out the No7 stay perfect nail varnish as I had high hopes it would be just as good as the other no 7 products I had tried out.
