Yes, of course I would, ...
...and go and buy some more, maybe in the summer my nails will be even longer, stronger and the cuticles even neater and whiter looking. I love using this.

How much is it?

£3.95 for a little 15 g. pot, which seems very expensive but as it is a firm cream you don't use very much at a time and I would expect mine to last another couple of months.

Do you know? I used this stuff years ago, it came in a little pot, was deep pink in colour and I used it for years. Then I must have run out and other things got in the way and I didn't get any more, so imagine my surprise the other day when I saw this in a chemist, I wondered if it was the same......

I will state here, that my nails are long and strong, I used to break them at work but nowadays with spending less time with my hands in water they just seem to grow and grow and every so often I file them down.

So what happened next?

After I got it home.....

I had to cut the plastic wrapping with scissors before I could get the little pot out. It used to be in a little box, but nowadays they seem to have to pack everything so that it takes ages and a strong pair of scissors to open it. I opened the lid and saw that the cream inside was firm and deep pink so had a sniff and yes! I remember the smell, a sort of mixture of oily and soapy smell, maybe it really is the same!

So I read the instructions.....

Which say, massage a little cream into nails and cuticles, leave for a few minutes and then wash off. Or words to that effect. I threw the leaflet away so can't remember the exact words, on the leaflet also is advertising for their other products.

Then.....

I sat down with a nice cup of tea and my little granddaughter on my lap....and we rubbed some of this into each of our nails, drank some tea and sang some nursery rhymes....and then we went to wash it off...

It lathers a little in warm water and you are supposed to massage it more as you rinse. Then dry thoroughly.

And my nails?

Well, I must say, I haven't seen them looking so white and clean for a long time. It isn't that my nails are dirty usually but they do get a bit discoloured, I think that is partly through getting older.

The cuticles felt soft and the rough bits seem to have gone.

I have used this about three times a week now for a couple of weeks and see a definite improvement. My nails look nicer, the top bits whiter, and the cuticles which used to grow over the nail and look a bit ragedy are smoother.

What is in this then?

Mainly Lanolin, along with other things that are cleansing and conditioning. I did a search for this on google and found the site below with details, price and size.

Oh, I am glad you asked that because I would almost swear that I bought it in Boots but when I looked on their internet site I couldn't find it anywhere, so I might just have bought it in the little independant Chemist down the road. It can be ordered online at the above site, otherwise look around the smaller chemists in your area and even try Boots and you should find this little pot of magic.
