...As you all probably know by now, I love my beauty products and as a treat I bought a few Burt's Bees products and thought I'd share my experiences while I try them out.
Burt's Bees is a American company that started out making honey and beeswax candles and polishes and now have a whole range of delicious, environmentally friendly beauty products made from natural ingredients to treat yourself from head to toe. Their Beeswax lip balm is renowned for being the world's best.
The product blurb on the Coconut FootCreme claims to help prevent and protect dry, cracked and rough skin with deeply penetrating emollient botanical oils.
The Coconut FootCreme is a very thick, gooey creme, pale yellow in colour with a fanastic fresh coconut smell. It comes in a yellow and white tube, with a yellow lid. The front of the tube has a picture...

...I bought this in a pound shop, Nivea Bath Care moisturising shower creme and Nivea Bath Care Revitalising Shower, 2 for a pound. Seen as each bottle costs £2.50 in Sainsburys, I got a real bargain! However, it has lasted so long that I would definitely go and buy it again from the supermarket if it was available.
The bottle is thin in a kind of curvy bullet shape, with a round blue flip top lid. The label is in the usual Nivea blue and advises you this is the new aquasoft formula with avacado oil.
Avocado oil? That put me off a little to be honest, I don't eat avocado that often but I can't imagine I would ever want to smell like one! Don't worry, thankfully it doesn't smell like avocado, it actually smells rather nice. The smell is hard to place, it doesn't smell like anything I could name, but it is a clean fresh smell...

Advantages: Zesty smell, great exfoliator, good as a foot scrub Disadvantages: none that I can see!
...I have used many of the Body Shop's body scrubs but was somewhat intrigued when I saw this one so thought that I would try it!
I got a 200ml tub for £5.50 which I think is quite reasonable as theses tubs do last a long time.
Marmalade doesn't exactly sound like the of scent you want to rub on your body but when I smelled this I was converted! It has a wonderfully powerful orange scent which smells very natural and just like real oranges. It is very zesty and is great to use first thing in the morning to wake you up for the day ahead!
Apparently they use ground up avocado stones in this scrub and I think that this adds to the gorgeous smell as I love avocados.
As with all of their body scrubs this is an excellent exfoliator and leaves you skin feeling very soft and polished.
I find this fantastic to use as a foot scrub as it very...

I have always had smelly feet! I can remember as a child my Mum and Dad were always complaining that I never washed them properly, but it didn’t matter how many times I washed them, when it was hot and I had shoes on, my feel stunk. My mum use to buy me... more
Max Factor Crème Puff is described by the makers as an all in one makeup. It can be also be worn over foundation. It is a matte powder that gives slightly heavier coverage than a loose or many pressed powders would. I first read about it a few years ago... more
