It comes in a small twist top bottle, with a built in brush which I find very handy for applying carefully onto my skin. The smell is a little off putting, but not as bad as most hair removal products and it also disappears after washing off. So for the product itself you spread it on to the area that needs treating and leave for up to 5 minutes. Never exceed that time. If you feel any discomfort then you should wash of immediately. I have fairly sensitive skin and found that this was gentle enough to use for me and cause no irritation at all. It contains special natural oils which help calm the skin.
The result? Completely hair free and smooth skin. Unfortunately it doesn't last forever, but up to a week and is the best method of hair removal compared to waxing and shaving in my opinion. Also a little goes a long way making it great value for money.
Advantages: cheap! doesn't take long to work! smells nice, can use on all hair types Disadvantages: can stain your towel, can sting if put on wrong places
I bought nair for the first time just when I started University. This is because as a University student I am on a tight budget and this hairremovalcream was going for 99p in Wilknson, I thought it wasn't going to work for me because for 99p that was exceptionally cheap. I had not really heard about the brand that much, so wasn't to sure about purchasing the product.
There were other nair products on the shelf but my eyes were just drawn to this specific hairremover.
Nairmoisturisinghairremovalcream is manufactured in the U.K.
For 99p you get a 100ml tube, the removalcream I actually bought was offering 10% extra, so it was bigger than the normal tube.
Unlike other hairremovals this cream can actually be used to removehairs from bikini lines, armpits, legs etc. It is supposed to take a maximum of ten minutes to remove ...
Advantages: Value for money Disadvantages: Hair grows back quickly
I purchased NairMoisturisingHairRemovalcream for the reason of removinghair from my bikini line. For two sachets of the cream it was 99p which was good value for money and also not a terrible waste if the cream did not work. The cream itself smelt pleasant-it had a smell of melon and indeed had 'fresh fragrance' like it stated on the packet. The instructions on the sachet were clear and easy to follow so after waiting the correct amount of time I washed the cream off and things had gone to plan. I was worried first of all about using the cream because the skin around my bikini line was sensitive but the cream was good and did not irratate. It removedhair effectively and left no rash, it was also easy to wash off and left no excess cream. The particularly good thing about this product was its valur for money as out of one ...
Advantages: It works! Disadvantages: Stings like Hell.
Ouch! a few days ago, on a whim, I decided to do my bikini line (sorry lads) - commence wincing now!
I don't often do it to be fair so it was rather out of hand and I opted to use a depilatory cream against a razor or wax, knowing that the re-growth with a razor itches like hell and wax, well, just say OUCH!
I bought a sachet of Nair Bikini Bare from Superdrug for about £1.60. This comes in two sections, a sachet of hairremovalcream and a sachet of finishing/moisturisingcream. The whole lot is enough for one application as a trial or travel pack - it is available in larger packs too.
It smells like putrid, sweaty armpits but more chemically, and is a thick white goo. You apply it to the intended area with your fingertips and wait 8-12 minutes for it to work.
The cream melts away the hair and should leave your skin ...
