Neatest looking nappy I've used.
Review of Ellas House Bumhugger Nappy by Rainbow2911

Advantages: 'Stay-dry' fleece lining, slim fitting, absorbant hemp
Disadvantages: Takes ages to dry, can get crispy

Ellas house 'bumhugger' nappies are a reusable nappy made from environmentally friendly hemp/cotton blend fleece. They are fully lined in fleece which keeps babies skin dry and are soft and snuggly. I came across bumhuggers in my search for a really absorbant nappy that would fit my two power-peeing toddlers! They are 18 months appart in age and very different shapes (the older one is a big chunky boy, and the littler one is a tall, slim girl) and ...
...PUL covers. Ellas house bumhuggers cost £8.95. They are sold by various cloth nappy retailers and can be bought directly from the manufacturers website. The advantage of buying from the manufacturer is that you can choose any of thier fleeces, but there is a waiting time as they are made to order. It took just over a week for my nappies to arrive when I ordered. They go well with the most popular brand of nappy wraps (motherease air flow) and have ... Read review

Get stuffing!
Review of Ellas House Hemp Stuffable Insert by jonkitlib

Advantages: Eco-friendly, very absorbent, design makes them quick to dry
Disadvantages: Takes a while to reach full absorbency (but then they just keep getting better!)

Having four children, all of whom have worn cloth nappies, I have amassed a fair collection of different types. The ones which best suited my older daughter (and I think may well suit her little sister once she has outgrown her tiny-sized bomb-proof catch-all-the-baby-poo ones) were pocket nappies, or stuffables, such as Fuzzi-bunz, Minki (we have some gorgeous embroidered show-off ones!) and Nature Babies. These are composed of a waterproof outer ...
...stay-dry inner layer (often fleece, sometimes velour, cotton flannel or even terry) and a gap between them which can be stuffed with something absorbent. You can use muslins, terry nappies, even tea-towels, but if you want something really absorbent it is hard to beat hemp. Why hemp? Hemp grows in most conditions without pesticides or fertiliser. In fact, it inhibits weed growth, enriches the soil and needs little water, making it an ecologically ... Read review

Huggies burst
Review of Huggies Super Flex Super Dry Nappies by kerryp2006

Advantages: cannot think of any
Disadvantages: Leak, burst

I have tried these nappies with both my children and had the same problems each time. They just leak. They cannot hold very much wetness at all and i would not dream of using them overnight. The first time i used them was 4-5 years ago, when i tried them recently within the past month they still have the same problem. Believe me, when they burst it goes everywhere, rtrying to pick up the messy wet gel is hard work. I though with such a big time ...
...nothing has changed, only the pretty little design. I would say they are the best nappy for looking nice and cute but thats about it. However i would have said they was good value for money but if you consider how much more often you need to make nappy changes they are no different to other leading brands in terms of value for money. I would not recommend these after having used them on both my children ... Read review

Bambino Mio and all they have to offer.
Review of Bambino Mio Reusable by kalliemaile

Advantages: Can be used with more than one child to save extra money , 100 % cotton
Disadvantages: Quite costly

...nappies and one stood out, Bambino Mio, it was easy to use, the design was nice and it looked to be the most comfortable for my baby, it wasn't bulky either, so I went out and purchased a few more wraps and nappies and claimed back £30 of my spend. Bambino Mio nappies are made up of 3 separate parts... Mio Nappy - this is a cotton towel like pad. The pad is made up of layers of cotton so it absorbs well, the middle of the pad is a bit thicker than ...
...till the next change. Bambino recommend that if you are using only cotton nappies, you will need to purchase 24 Mio Nappies , 3-6 soft covers and 1 role of Mio Liners initially. Personally, I have 4 covers and 10 nappies, obviously the liners you will just need to keep buying as needed. Also it will depend if you will be using solely cotton nappies or a mix of real and disposable. I use cotton nappies most of the time, but if I know I am going ... Read review

A wipe for anything
Review of Huggies Wipes by lyndsayw

Advantages: Cleans most things
Disadvantages: not enough in packet

...going to review now is Huggies Pure. These are my ever faithful wet wipes I don't know where I would be with out them I use them for everything. The packaging is mainly blue with a red strip with the products name written across it, there is a baby with no clothes on as this product is aimed at you to wipe your children clean. There is 72 wipes in this packet. It also has the BRITISH SKIN FOUNDATION logo on this shows you that Huggies validates ...
...on there. Huggies pure is designed to be just like using cotton wool and water so they are very gentle and smooth as i have used some that a rough and you dont want that for your babys bottom or then again anywhere else on your children. You dont have to use these wet wipes just for children you can use them for yourself cleaning and even to wipe the walls down it gets crayon off easyaly. I use them on everything i can they are very handy to have ... Read review
