Disadvantages Disadvantages not all liners are flushable

Ok so it's not one of those things you like to think about but if you are going to use re-usuable nappies then nappy liners are a must. Nappy liners generally work on a one way system, they let all moisture ... more

Advantages Advantages prevent staining nappies, make poo disposal easier

    Disadvantages Disadvantages consumable

Nappy liners are more or less an essential extra when using cloth nappies but it really depends on your personal preferences and how 'ecofriendly' you want to be. There are several different types of liners you can choose from. Basically a liner is just a sheet of paper or fabric that acts as a one way layer which allows wee to pass through, catches poo for easier poo disposal and to keep baby's bottom dry. Nappy liners should not be confused with boosters which are far increasing absorbancy although to confuse matters you can buy boosters which have a liner attached! Paper liners are my ... more
