"...that I took out with Nationwide 7 years ago. Prior to this I had taken out a previous personal loan and on my recommendation my husband had taken two loans out. Both were paid off in full. I had little reason to contact Naionwide during this time but when I requested a letter stating that my loan had been paid off in full,they completely ignored me, despite me contacting them several times.
