Natrasleep Tablets

I bought Natrasleep after deciding to try and treat my insomnia with natural methods. I think I paid about £3 for 50, which I consider very good value for money. I usually use Natrasleep if I'm going through a bout of insomnia, so if I know beforehand that I'm likely to experience difficulty in sleeping on one particular night. I take 1-2 tablets about half an hour before going to bed, and often they are very effective in initally getting me off to sleep, which is my main difficulty.
