Advantages Advantages Good quality wet dog food. Suitable for sensitive tums.

Disadvantages Disadvantages My dog isn't keen.

Nature Diet Premium Range Dog Food JOEY IS A FUSSPOT! When my Westie was having health problems recently, resulting in him not being able to stand, and he 'lost' his bark, we knew we had to get him to vets. On the Saturday night he wasn't great but on Sunday morning he couldn't even stand to eat or drink, although when his food and water bowls were taken to him; there didn't seem to be a loss of appetite. But then on Saturday night he seemed fed up with his inability op move and a change was noticed. We decided to take him to Companion Care, a veterinarian service within some Pets At Home ... more

Advantages Advantages Minimum 60% meat content

Disadvantages Disadvantages Sometimes can get one that has gone bad

We have two dogs, one who will eat pretty much anything that is put in front of her and the other who is quite fussy and will find any reason not to eat. We have discovered with him that if he really likes the food that is put in front of him, he forgets about all the things that otherwise put him off his food. For anyone who is interested, these things can range from a cardboard box from a recently opened delivery having been left too near his eating place, to feeding him at a slightly different time to normal, to me NOT going and immediately washing up the dog food fork after I have served ... more

Advantages Advantages Natural , Loads of herbs!

    Disadvantages Disadvantages none

Naturediet dog food has been around for a few years now, and in my opinion is one of the best wet foods on the market. It contains so much more real meat than other canned dog foods, and my dog can’t get enough of it. He eats it so quick and there’s never anything left in the bowl. There already are a wide range of flavours from Naturediet. Now they have launched another three. The Naturediet Gold range consists of three foods for different dietary requirements. As with all the naturediet foods, these contain no artificial ingredients, preservatives, colours or flavourings. The new Naturediet ... more

Advantages Advantages Natural, no preservatives/additives, high quality, several varieties, dog loves it!

Disadvantages Disadvantages No cat food as yet, other than that, none.

***This should be in Dog Food Section - Ciao have it in the wrong section - I have asked them to move it twice and nothing yet.*** When we adopted our rescue boxer Ruby, she came to us malnourished with terrible skin including sore infected feet. After trying several of the "premium" dry foods on the market we soon realised that her diet was affecting her recovery in a negative way. She wouldn't eat dry food unless it was "yummed up" with other foods, such as sardines, cottage cheese, etc. Things were getting expensive, and her problems were no better, even with veterinary treatment. We ... more

Advantages Advantages tasty, healthy and good for the coat and teeth

Disadvantages Disadvantages lack of range of flavours within the age categories

Naturediet – Senior/Lite with vegetables and rice We noticed a couple of months ago that our ten year old dog was getting a bit sluggish and that his coat was dull and dry, so we decided to try a change of diet for him. He usually ate a dry dog food, but after actually reading the ingredients, sugar, sugar and even more sugar, we decided to go for wet food, plus his teeth aren't as strong as they used to be lol! We saw Naturediet mentioned on a few dog food analysis sites, went to Kennelgate, and there it was, plus they did a Senior variety, so that seemed a natural choice, no pun intended ... more
