Navman F50

Advantages: Easy to use and install
Disadvantages: over sensitive sreen.

...I have found the Navman F10 to be easy to install in my vehicle and also simple to transfer over to another vehicle if needed. The lcd display is bright and easy to read,the touch screen can be a little bit of a problem when using your finger to touch the digits sometimes registering ajacent digits instead ,but I have found using a pen with a lid on to touch the screen instead of a finger works fine. I have owned the f10 now for about six months and have found in this time it was a godsend whilst on holiday and also finding addresses whilst covering a delivery job for a friend. All in all I think the Navman f10 is very good value for money and is easy to use.... Read review

...Until l i used the navman f20 i must admit that i always thought the best sat nav was tom tom. But I guess i was wrong. The Navman F20, which is actually the cheaper end of the sat nav market is incredible value for money. It has exactly the same features as Tom Tom but for a lot less money. You can find your destination by post code, street name and area, the screen shows you the roads of the road you are on which is always helpful, it has camera locations loaded, it remembers previous destinations and is just so simple to use, i never even picked up the instructions! It comes complete with cradle and in car charger too and in my opinion is just the right size so you can see the route easily without restricting your view of the road ahead. Advantages: 14 addresses can be entered for multi drop
Disadvantages: can't find almost half of those!

...I have the navman s50 3d which is the 15th sat-nav/gps device I have owned. What attracted me initialy was the cheap price and the 14 multi drop destinatons you can input (I am a multi drop delivery driver). However, I find the touch screen entry of addresses a nightmare to do with the wrong letters being selected quite often (even some being from a couple of inches away on the screen!) Of all of the sat-navs I have used with my job this one only finds about 60% of the streets in my town that I enter (town is over 60 years old with only a few streets that have not been here that long!) This compares with around 95-98% found with all of the other sat-navs I have owned. The navman has bluetooth which enables connection to a suitable mobile phone my iphone 3g initially refused to connect but after an update for the phone connection... Read review
