When you open the box you find a nice wallet with three zipped up compartments.In each one you will find 1. the dryer and fitted plug
2. the brush attachment which is large to make your hair sleeker
3.you will find attachment for sraightening your hair,plus the nozzle for blowing directly on your hair to dry it a little before you use the other attachments.

It is unusual to use at first because of it's shape which like holding a large torch but when you add attachments it is easier to work with your hair.
I have long fine hair which likes to curl especially if it damp and Worsel Gummidge comes to mind ,not attractice.
But since using this dryer/straightener this problem has been better and if by chance I get my hair really damp I just use it again and all is ok.
