i love having my hair curly but fed up with spending hours tonging it so i purshased some heated rollers assuming it would take less time. i was really unimpressed with these rollers! they took forever to heat up and i mean forever!!! so dont even think about putting them in before work! secondly, there are twelve rollers but you can only heat up 6 at a time, and trust me you need all twelve becaue they are not very big. so once you have waited about 20 minutes for the first batch to heat up you then have to put the next lot on for another 20 minutes! thirdly, the clips you are given to 'secure' the rollers are useless, they dont work at all, and snag your hair. finally the end result isnt what you would call 'curly' perhaps more loose waves.
Advantages: straight, tender hair Disadvantages: can't use it every day, because the hair will become scorched, can't use it when hair is wet
I bought the hairstraighter, because I wanted straight, nice hair. My hair is not long and quite bulgy, so I wanted to have perfect hair, just like from haidresser's. At first I was really very happy with my hair, because it was straight, shining and tender. I used hair polish after hairstraightening in case to keep goog hairstyle shape. It was easy to use and I had the right hairstyle quickly.
There are disadvantages too. You can't use it often. ... ...be violated it is not true. I noticed that my hair became dry and rough after long usage. So you have to use masks, balsam if you want to have nice, healthy, shining hair.
Besides a lot depends from your hair style. If it is curly I think that you will have to spend much more time if you want straight hair. ...
