For those who like a challenge, taking a race on the street using high-speed car or taking a pursuit is a challenges. In the real world, it is against the law as well as dangerous to themselves or others, but when you do it in a game, this is safe and legal. You can do in a game named Need for Speed Most Wanted. This game is a racing game published by EA sport in 2005. Although it is published 4 years ago, the game is still much in love by the gamer because of the sensation in the game play is very unusual. The game can be played by a single player and multiplayer, the memory usage in need in the memory card is also not too large, the only 97 kb.
The control of this game is very easy, because you can create your own control as you like. There are several options mode in this game, if you want to create a profile and want to follow the events that are in this game, you can select start career. However, if you only want
to go to some race without creating a profile, you can go to the quick race or challenge series menu. If you are bored with the race event available, you can customize the race with the number of lap, traffic level, number of opponent and difficulty. you can also select the track.
There are so many events that you can take in this game, there are 130 race events (career mode) divided in the circuit, sprint, lap knockout, drag, tollbooth and speedtrap. Milestones are 94 events (career mode) divided in bounty, cost to state, road block, trade paint, spike stripe, infractions, pursuit evasion, pursuit time challenge and photo ticket. there are 69 events in the challenge series, divided in tollboth time trial, pursuit length, Bounty, cost to state, road block, trade paint, spike stripe, pursuit evasion and infractions. And many other events that I may not mention in this review.
For me, the most interesting thing is to play in career mode. Here you must defeat the 15 drivers (called blacklists) that has different skill depending on the level and must complete the Milestones events (usually in a pursuit). At the beginning of the career mode, you have to buy a car with your cash, but only enough to buy a car with a low machine specification, but you can improve the performance and visual display by replacement or apply any spare part of the engine, you can repaint your car and custom the visual. There are only a few cars that you can buy while the others are still locked. But you can unlock the car when you defeat the drivers at each balcklist level. Total number of car in this game is 32, with different brands and price. If all preparations are finished, then go to the race...
You can find race events by taking around the city and looking for race event marking, or go to world map (left button) or directly go to the blacklist (down button). To challenge the next blacklist, you have to get certain number of race wins and milestones events in the blacklists level that you are in. For each race won you will be rewarded bonuses and amount of cash, you can use it to buy parts, upgrade your car or buy other car. Bonuses can be amount of cash, markers or spare part.
Another things that is also very interesting is heat level. The higher heat level of your car, the police will be more aggressive. The longer pursuit, the higher heat level of your car (up to level 6). But if you change the visual of your car, then the heat level will become lower. Start from heat level 4 a police helicopter involved in the chasing. When you difficult to evade from the pursuit, you can take advantage of pursuit breaker by hit anythings with triangle marked .
I have a litle tips may be helpful for you who want to play this game. At the beginning of the game, you can only buy a car with low specification, then upgrade the performance by apply all the highest parts including bonuses from junkman. When you get bonuses from the driver you have defeated, choose 1 performance bonus and 1 other bonus then apply to your car. Do not buy too many cars, maximum 2 cars, so you can allocate your cash to upgrade your cars performance. I am sure that your car will have a better performance than any car. I can finally complete the entire events and game easily, less than 2 months ( 2-3 hours/day playing ). Be the winner and the most wanted ...!!!
