EA gaming….every guy's private time probably gets wasted infront of a Pc with an EA game running at full graphics and speakers/headphones are on full blast, this is not to hear the nagging of you know who but to enjoy the most out of whatever you are playing….lol

Well EA games launched their new game not to long ago NFS Carbon, and herewith my review of the every so talented EA studio game NFS Carbon.
First things first, let's look at the REQ for the game,

REQUIREMENTS
Windows XP/2000
Intel Pentium 4 1.7GHz or higher
64MB DirectX 9.0c compatible video card
NVIDIA Geforce4 Ti/ATI Radeon 8500 or higher
Supported chipsets required
512MB RAM
DirectX compatible sound card
5.3 GB of HD space
8X or faster DVD Drive
Keyboard and Mouse

With computers running in the league of 2.8-4.0 GHz this doesn't look that bad and you would think that your Pentium 4 2.0 GHz would run this game, and that on-board graphics card should be fine, wel al the best to you as this minimum requirements , really is the min, I have a AMD 2.8 dual core processor, GIGABYTE motherboard, 1gig RAM and on board 128 mb Graphic card, and memory low was the most frequent visitor to my 19" inch LCD screen, I got in the car drove to my nearest computer retailer and purchased a NVIDIA G-Force 8400 GS graphics card, raced me home , got a hiding from the wife for spending 800.00 for the card, but the smile on my face was….it's too late now babes, the slip is in my wallet.
Installed the card, and… 1….2…..3……playtime..

Starting off with Emmanuelle Vaugier giving you the ever so pleasant warning of wearing a safety belt and "the stunts you and your Crew do are meant to stay in the game" you think to yourself that ok ok I have heard this a million time's, its not like I have a Chevrolet Corvette to drive around with…….. anyway so you start of the game by choosing one of the cars you want to drive with.
Choices.
Muscle : Chevrolet SS
Classic : Alfa 147
Tuner : Mazda 3

Of course as a young farm boy I grew up with the strong stuff ( and I don't mean Alcohol although there was plenty of that) I chose the muscle car. And then they take you on a training run that explains all the nifty little things regarding the game!

Then you get racing and this is where the game tends to be the same tan all the other's you race, you make mony, you unlock rides, you unlock parts and you buy them, install them and 1……2……3…….4…….5…..
You have a pretty sweet ride, and you kick ass all the time.

The fun part of the game is however the cops, and they vary from heat 1-5 rumours is there is a HEAT 6 aswell but I have yet to get there and I have finished the game 3 times already so my doubts are kinda high.

Playing the game, the graphics detail is very good and the sounds are very nice to the ear as well although the wife might complain that there is to many noises, you know exactly what each noise is about.
The handling of the cars are very real life and the thrill of speeds can be felt ,(good considering you are playing on a computer). The game is a bit dark and yes in some of the back alley's it is a bit difficult to see bit I have noticed that the best time to play is in the evening with all the lights off and just the computer screen blurring all the action lighting up the room like a Christmas tree.

It's a great game to be honest and a lot better than the rival NFS Pro Street.
The graphics is very good and the sound is also great , there are brilliant features on the game and if you have a monster of a computer then I don't think you will have any problems with the game except for being addicted to it.
As I said it's a great game and that girl Emmanuel damn she's hot………
Lol
Have fun
