...Need for SpeedProStreet is the current installment in the need for speed series. You start as a man who is no to godd to race in the underground scene and is now racing in legal races held in a number of countries. Your goal is to work you way up to be the best racer in 4 different race classes. You need at least 1 car for each event and you have to tune it to your specs.
Autosculpt returns from its first appearence in Carbon and has improved and every thing you change on it affects the preformance of the car. There are many different things to customise your cars with but unfourtunantly some of the fans favourite customise objects like neon lights do not return for this installment. Advantages: New Drag Race feature Disadvantages: Nothing like previous NFS games
...Need for speed games are usually the highlight of every gamers year, and when Prostreet came out everyone was expecting big things. Being a keen gamer myself i decided to buy the latest need for speed hoping it would be as good as its predecessors. I was quite excited when i got it home and turned it on for the first time and i was staggered by the graphics displayed on the playstation 3 and i was keen to get started. I started the career mode and to my horror realised that they had replaced the familiar site of street racing with the more 'sunday driver' style track racing.
Don't get me wrong there is nothing wrong with track racing but from a need for speed game you expect street racing, if i wanted to buy a track day racing game then i would have bought something like Gran Turismo 5 or something which offers proper track racing...

Advantages: good graphics Disadvantages: .........
...-received Need for Speed Most Wanted. While Most Wanted attracted new users with the po-po chases, the hardcore Underground guys seemed a bit left out in the cold. Need for Speed Carbon was EA's prescribed remedy. Although a decent game, Carbon came off a bit too trendy and "tweener" for those wanting to relive the Underground experience.
The logical, next step for Electronic Arts' Need for Speed series would have been Underground 3 or a reasonable facsimile of what a hardcore, next-gen street racer should be. For all intents and purposes, EA has created Need for Speed Underground 3-a.k.a., a hardcore tuner title. It just (thankfully) decided to name it Need for SpeedProStreet, and thankfully made racing in the daytime a reality.
Sorry if it is not very good , It is my frist time doing a review!...

Need for Speed Underground, Underground 2, Most Wanted and Carbon were all about illegal street racing and accumulating street cred. With Pro Street this has all gone out the window, Need for Speed has gone back to it's simulation roots in this... more
I got this game cheap, I admit it. I paid £7.99 second hand from Game. I only bought it because of the reputation of the name, I'd heard very little about it other than it was a car game that you can play a lot, and some people swear by.
This has... more
This is a rather different addition to the Need For Speed series as none of the races have the ability to drive around the cities as none of the races are in the city or on the streets as the others. For people that adore the previous editions which... more
I brought this game from virgin about a week ago and I was amazed with the graphics and the simplicity of the controls and the actual game play. The only problem with the game is now after one week I have completed 96% of the game and I now don't know... more
What can you say about the Need For Speed series on the Playstation 2 other than it gives by far and away the best racing experience out of all the other racing games. After playing the first, Need for Speed Underground, i have always bought the new... more
