I am unsure what model number I have as there is no indication on the Oven itself and Neff seem unavailable for comment.
Most of my problems have come from the fact that I moved into a house with a previous Neff Oven (only 3 years old) in place and no instructions from the previous owners, however the Customer Service available is very poor.
The Oven looks great from the outside and the Gas hob worked a treat, however when it came to heating up our Pizza for our first night in our new home snack - no luck. We tried all combinations of pushing and pulling buttons, checked fuses etc to no avail, however a quick trick to Dominios solved the immediate problem.
The next day a quick check on the Internet provided the customer service number, great I thought it will be all solved today,however this is where they really let themselves down. Two days of constant calls, continous messages and queing to no avail, was eveyone on holiday at NEFF? At this point frustation started to set in and a quick trip round the neighbours provided no answers. Eventually a very helpful lady at the local kitchen showroom provided the answers.
I am now very pleased with the oven as it is well made and does exactly what it should but please Neff look at your customer service and staffing levels - if I had a choice in the future I would think twice about buying.
By the way to take the Oven off Auto you have to hold down both the 1st and 2nd buttons and move the timer dial at the same time.
