I have had the oven installed for a year and some now.
a friend and myself fitted it into the new kitchen, very easy to fit basically just sits on a shelf.
however there were two screws conspicuous in there absence when we lifted the oven and the base stayed on the floor, these are not essential though as when in place it's own weight keep it secure (could have been squashed toes or damaged floor though)
The second dissappointment was to find it comes without a power lead, some spiel about qualified electrician etc...we purchased suitable cable of shelf in B&Q, bare in mind suitable ampage required for cable.

The oven is used daily and we have had no problems with it, it heats up quickly especially on fan assist, it has a useful 275C max grill setting. it has a comprehensive range of functions though some seem unnecessary.

The two main flaws we have discoverd with it are firstly it will not fit a sunday roast , you can get a joint in but unless it is very small there is no space above for another shelf, a full family roast plus yorkshires, forget it, unless you have a couple of sittings.

The second flaw we have come across is it's claim to be self cleaning, it has specially coated plates in the top and sides which have a matt finish and seem to remain grease and stain free, at least so far, however the bottom is plain old enamel and stains very badly, the care instructions say do not use chemical or abrasive cleaners, they may as well say do not clean as without chemicals you will not shift it. mr muscle oven cleaner did work however and has not damaged the oven.

Overall we are pleased with the oven it is a very stylish contempary looking appliance, it is not however worth the price we paid, it does come with a two year guarantee and very simple clear instructions for use and a small recipe book with some interesting ideas.
with hind site we would have gone with a different oven though we would stay with NEFF.
