Neff S5457

Advantages: Great when working
Disadvantages: Almost impossible to operate without manual

...I now love my Neff Oven but what made it Naff? I am unsure what model number I have as there is no indication on the Oven itself and Neff seem unavailable for comment. Most of my problems have come from the fact that I moved into a house with a previous Neff Oven (only 3 years old) in place and no instructions from the previous owners, however the Customer Service available is very poor. The Oven looks great from the outside and the Gas hob worked a treat, however when it came to heating up our Pizza for our first night in our new home snack - no luck. We tried all combinations of pushing and pulling buttons, checked fuses etc to no avail, however a quick trick to Dominios solved the immediate problem. The next day a quick check on the Internet provided the customer service number, great I thought it will be all solved... Read review

Advantages: stylish, inexpensive, functional and practical
Disadvantages: maybe a bit noisy

...I fitted out my kitchen in 2006 and furnished it completed with Neff appliances. I solicited some reviews from my colleagues about 2nd level appliance manufacturers and Neff came out as one. 1st level in my opinion - bosch, whirlpool, hotpoint, zanussi 2nd level - neff, smeg 3rd level - miele, fischer/paykel Having never heard of Neff before I duly ordered the integrated appliance brochures and was amazed at the style, functionality and practicality of their products. I selected this hood because I have a small space and the theme was silver, contemporary . It is very stylish and has 2 halogen lights, more than sufficient for the space it covers. Also the grill is dishwasher safe, so I put that in my Neff dishwasher! It has easy to select controls. as for noise, i feel it is a bit noisy but did not have the opportunity... Read review

...Great product, very happy with the features and performance. Its got everything we wanted and more. It's so easy to use as well but it's important to read the manual to find out how it works. We have some other Neff kitchen appliances and this is our favourite, just because we seem to use it more than the others. We bought it from http://www.internetkitchenappliances.co.uk/news. The review for Neff said 'The company has built a reputation for producing appliances that not only look great but cook brilliantly too' and we can understand why. Our friends are now buying Neff as they are jealous!! We told them to go back to Internet Kitchen Appliances where we bought ours as we got a special package offer.... Read review
