Beware! I have a Neff oven model U1271 which looks very similar to this model. It is less than 6 years old and element has burnt out three times. Having looked at various internet sites this seems to be a common occurrance for Neff. The last element burnt out in less than a year and the one before that lasted only 6 months. As for customer services they think this is acceptable. "We cannot say how long an element should last" was their reply and "if you want another element it is chargeable". Neff think this is acceptable. I do not expect to buy a new element every year not to mention the inconvenience. I will never buy 'Naff' Neff again. Hope this is helpful. ...
