It didn't really help my sister much, as she was sick even after taken the tablets, but she was in a pretty bad condition beforehand. She carried on taking the medicine until the end of the ferry, and wasn't sick again although she still felt quite awful.

Good things about the tablets: They don't need water to take as you only have to chew on them or suck. They don't taste like anything at all so you won't have to prevent yourself form spitting it out. They are quite small so is quite space efficient and is taken quickly. They don't have any side effects-its Homeopathy. Travella says it stimulates the body's healing processes and has been used for many years since 1860. It's suitable for every one of different ages so you will only need on packet of Travella with you on holiday.
Bad things: They don't work that well. It contains lactose and sucrose is some people might not be able to take it.
If I were to recommend you to buy it, I would say- try some other products first as Travella hasn't proven to b very good to me.

completely, it had improved quite a lot.
So I looked through the Y P for a registered homeopath close to home (do go for a qualified, registered person as you should be able to trust them) and made an appointment for the next week. She suggested that in the meantime I might like to try Nelson's Travella, a homeopathic travel sickness remedy available from Boots. I got my husband to pick this up for me and tried it. The next evening we went round to friends' for tea and I actually didn't need the bucket, also I managed to eat the best meal I'd had for weeks. I was still sick every day but not as many times.
