First impression of this product leaves you wondering exactly if it is aimed at adults or children, as there seems to be a mixture of products to appeal to both.
THE BOX

The packaging is very different to your average box of chocolates and very easy to spot, designed as an upright carton, almost like a popcorn box once the lid is removed.
The striking yellow and gold design contains ... ...All Stars are made by Nestle and cost approximately £2.99 per box of 293g,which is pretty average compared to similar other brands.
I must admit I only bought the one box for reasons of curiosity, I did enjoy most of them but I still feel that children would like this selection more than most adults.
I may buy another but can’t see them becoming a firm favourite, I would rather have Celebrations or similar if I had the choice….

Advantages: Great tasting chocolate and sweets Disadvantages: Having two styles of Fruit Pastilles is a bit of a waste
...the real chocolate. Sorry Mr. Nestle but they’re not that great.
Yellow: The shell doesn’t really taste of anything but food colouring chemicals. The chocolate flavour comes through strongly but once it’s gone the colouring taste is left in the back of your mouth.
Pink: A very good crunch, however the shell is very sweet. It overpowers the chocolate and so ruins the overall taste. The aftertaste is more like cardboard than chocolate!
... ...shell has no apparent flavour and so lets the chocolate taste come through, which then lasts. A great smartie which I highly recommend. Green: A slightly weaker crunch than the others. A great chocolate taste and nice tasting shell which tastes like nothing else.
Blue: The crunchiest Smartie and in my opinion the best smartie. The colour is bright, the taste is strong and delicious and the crunch is brilliant.
Overall, Smarties won’t have ...

Nestle All Stars
I left my job just before Easter and in traditional style, took in a box of chocolates on my last day. Instead of the usual Celebrations or Roses though, I thought we’d have something new for a change. I was wandering aimlessly around Asda one Saturday morning when I came across All Stars. On a whim (and since they were on offer) I popped them into the trolley. Even if you haven’t tried them, you’ve probably heard ... ...They’ve been advertised on television for quite some time now – you know the one, little kids prancing around to Hearsay songs because they’re “all stars, with All Stars”. All Stars are presented in a cube shaped yellow box with a folded over pointed liddy thing. The packaging is bold and bright, and no doubt very appealing to little ones. Inside it a collection of miniature chocolate bars and packs of sweets. These ...

...at kids... The answer - Nestle All Stars. Nestle All Stars come in a box that is similar in shape and size to Roses or Celebrations - kind of top-heavy - a narrow base with a wider top. There's a star shaped window in the front of the box allowing you to see some of the sweets ... ...pastilles) Occasionally however, Nestle do vary the contents of the box - information on www.tesco.com currently advises the contents of the box to include: Fruit Pastilles Milkybar Choo Wonkalate Milkybar Mini Smarties Rolo Fruit Pastilles Body Parts. ... however it seems that in general there is a selection of 7 different types of sweet. Advantages: Children may like them. Disadvantages: A rip off, disappointing.
...Street and a box of Nestle All Stars. This came to £6.50, but normally a box of Nestle All Stars is around £3.50
For that you get a bright yellow cardboard box of 239 grams containing "all your Nestle favourites". Tha names of these products are dotted all over the box in stars (hence All Stars) and overall the packaging is quite garish but I imagine it would appeal to kids. It is definitely not classy, and not really something to give to a loved ... ...never have really bought a Nestle product anyway. They are all banned from our students union due to the ethical issues of Nestle encouraging women in developing countries to give their babies Nestle milk instead of breastfeeding them.
