Advantages Advantages Ideal quick breakfast or snack

Disadvantages Disadvantages Needs to be refrigerated

I haven’t written anything in almost a year so this is quite difficult! I won’t go into my reason, that’s not what this is about. Advantages Advantages an enjoyable substitute for breakfast

Disadvantages Disadvantages have trouble finding stockists!

I came across Stopgap in my nearest Tesco Extra, bought a few of the banana/ honey and the tropical. I have trouble getting my eldest daughter to eat breakfast at times but she loved these (as did I) especially the banana/honey one. the trouble is, can I find them anywhere? No! They are a great find, truly delicious and satisfying, if only I could buy them again! All supermarkets should stock them as they are very popular in my household, not only if my daughter won't eat breakfast but I could have done with them when making an early start to go on holiday! I love most yoghurt drinks and ... more
