Release The Energy Inside? New Activ-8 Variety
Review of Nestlé Ski Yogurt by

Advantages: Contains "probiotics" B vitamins & minerals; no aspartame; no gelatine; gluten-free
Disadvantages: All varieties of Ski Yogurt not always available
The most recent variety of Nestle Ski Yogurt I purchased was the "Variety Burst" six-pack, containing two Raspberry, two Apricot, one Peach and one Strawberry yogurt pot. It was reduced for quick sale at Asda to 60p, which seems relatively good value for money.
Normal prices for a six-pack range from £1.50 at Iceland for a regular pack to £2.08 for Activ-8 at ASDA; £1.49 for a four-pack at Sainsbury's.

I, trying to gain weight, is almost always found with something in my mouth. On this particular evening, I had finished my pudding, and my supper wasn't due for another two or so hours, however the time had come for a little snack, to 'keep me going'.
