I'm the unfortunate owner of this terrible product. The battery life is ridiculous. About two hours standby and one hour talk. You'll be lucky to talk for an hour, as it likes to reboot at random.

It no longer will automatically sign in. The people at Netgear tell me this is a Skype issue. I now get inverter whine whenever the backlight is on.

I purchased this phone hoping to be able to use Skype without using the computer. Also, it's nice to to have to wear a headset. If the thing worked the way they claim it does, I would be very happy. It can't log into most public WiFi hotspots, but my main use for it is at home - so that's a non-issue.

This phone is nothing short of worthless. I feel bad even selling it to someone. I wouldn't recommend this phone to a friend or enemy.

Hi and welcome to Ciao. Sorry for the low rating but your review went completely over my head. Imagine that the person reading your review knows absolutely nothing about the product (what is Skype for instance?) and so you have to give as much info as possible. How does a WiFi phone work - Is it the same as a mobile? If you add any info please leave a message in my guestbook and I will be happy to re-rate. Alexandra x
