At the price of almost £2 I just couldnt go wrong if it actually did as it says on the tin.....and bought it.
After getting home the smell had almost gone, so I sat down to have a quick look at the instructions on the tin.
Simply spray into the centre of the room ... ...
The Neutrodol range is quite extensive including Vacuum sachet (for inside your hoover), toilet deodorizer, after flush mousse, candle , quick spray and rim block.
If all of the prementioned products work as well as the Air Freshener then I think this will be the way ahead for me and my chance to banish the awful floral smellies forever!!

When we decided to get some kittens a while ago I was against the idea.
"They dont smell!" Said the wife, "and they will only use the litter tray which we can keep in the back room !".
So I came to terms that it would be easier to get the kittens than to listen to her constant moaning about it.
So whats this got to do with 'Neutrodol'?

So something had to be done, I jumped in the car and went off down to the Supermarket and had a look for air fresheners while the wife cleaned up any mishaps and smells.
I am not too keen on the air fresheners that smell like flowers, they only seem to add to the bad smell thats already there, but looking at all the different types they all seemed so similar with Floral Fragrances.
Until I spotted the tall blue tin with NEUTRODOL on it.

Then there was loads of information on the product too.
Apparently its a product of Swiss tecnology containing over 50 odour killing ingredients.
Its also been proved in laboratory tests to be the most effective deodorizer, so that told me a lot.
I just couldnt wait for the kittens to make a smell and get testing this 'Fresh 'N Clean' air hygeine.
It wasnt long before they did it and I gave a second or two burst from the tin into the centre of the room as directed........

The bad smells were quickly replaced by a very fresh and clean smelling mist (non toxic I might add) and it actually stayed clean and fresh until the offending mess had been cleaned up.
So there you go, it did actually work, and very effective too.
However, If you are unfortunate enough to have to try and get the smell form out of a carpet then this stuff wont do the trick, but luckily they also do a sort of 'Shake and Vac' powder for that.
We found this to be very effective too, and it was also inexpensive.

Hi everyone it as been along time since I have written an opinion, so please go easy on me.
I love coming home to lovely smells. That fresh smell as soon as you open the door.

This product really works. A friend of mine recommended it to me and I thought that it would be one of those cheap and cheerful smellie that did not really work. The sort of smellie that after a few days you forget that you ever bought it because it ... ...BUT NO...... This one really works ... WOW
I peeled back the foil and thought smells promising. Then two weeks late still smelling good. One month later yep you guest it. Still smelling good. I have had this product for over two months now.

If you have ever come home, opened your front door and wondered where the skunk is hiding or what has died down behind the couch............. then this is what you need!
We smoke, cook, take off trainers and forget to open windows too often in winter. And the dog gets wet when it rains. That is good enough to come back home to, and wonder who did something sly in a corner.

Advantages: effective Disadvantages: gives me asthma
Neutrodol is very effective in neutralising smells. You can keep a pot of the gel variety in an inconspicuous place in a room and it will do its job well. The trouble is that I can smell this stuff in the air. It makes my nose tingle and its quite unpleasant. It can often bring on an asthma attack. I'm lucky as friends who use this product will remove it from the room when I'm there. It is also available in a spray can. This is very efficient but ... ...is efficient and economical. Neutrodol doesn't mask smells by covering them with yet another smell. It really does neutralise the smell. It is relatively cheap and one you put your little plastic pot in a room you don't have to do anything else. A pot lasts for about eight weeks. ...

...been using a variety of Neutrodol products for six months now and will never buy anything else. Neutrodol does exactly what it says - it neutrolises the smells to create a room full of fresh air. I have a gel freshener in my living room which lasts for ages but is a bit unsightly so is hidden behind a photo frame. I never really notice that its there (unlike some of the more perfumed brands) but I always know when it has run out! I also use the carpet ... ...Using a combination of Neutrodol products keeps my home just how I like it - clean and fresh smelling and at half the cost of some of the 'prettier' brands. If Neutrodol can cope with my smelly house it can cope with anything :).
P.S. Neutrodol carpet freshener is great for making father christmas footprints on your carpet on Christmas eve and you'd never be able to smell that a Reindeer had been tip-toeing around! ...

My husband discovered Neutrodol some weeks ago. We were looking for something to put in the bathroom that would take away those aromas that tend to linger,especially after eating a curry, if you know what I mean. We tried everything from sprays, to pretty perfumed bottles to every type of thing you hang down the loo, all to no avail, all they seemed to do was to mask the smell for a short while, so still nobody could use the little room until all ... ...Now with my little mate Neutrodol things have changed. He's a little fella in a white pot, take his hat off and place him in the position he will be more effective and leave him. He's no trouble, you won't even know he's in the room, as there is'nt any aroma to him. No need to spray him or give him a shake he will just go on merrily doing his job of getting rid of those nasty smells. When I first got him I kept on smelling him but could'nt smell ...
