I saw an advert for this scrub awhile back and purchased it because i had some pesky blackheads around my cheeks and forehead. I already used and still use the Visibly Clear facial moisturiser from the same range which is fantastic, as i have dry, sensitive skin, so decided to give this a try as well.
The scrub is around £4-£5, (i think) and can be purchased from most health and beauty shops such as Boots and Supedrug. The packaging is orange, which stands upright on a flip cap - useful for getting the most out of the product when it starts to run out. Used daily (i try to scrub once every evening) on areas prone to blackheads, it is supposed to get rid of them and prevent their return. Firstly, you wet your face with warm water to help open up pores (i use the scrub after a hot shower so you could do this too). The scrub is white, with small orange microbeads to exfoliate and clean out pores.
I guessed that the scrub wouldnt magically make all my blackheads disappear after one use, so i kept at it for a week or so and slowly saw results. After massaging gently, I leave the scrub on a little while then rinse off thoroughly (it is quite hard to rinse off, so a flannel come in useful). Immediately after this, i gently massage and squeeze the area around the blackheads with my fingers to help get rid of them. This definitely works on the smaller blackheads which pop out immediately, but the larger ones can take weeks to get rid of which isn't really helpful. The scrub does prevent their return, but it has to be used every single day and i personally dont have time for that. If i miss a few days to a week without using the scrub i do find more blackheads appearing.
Overall, the scrub does aid you in getting rid of small blackheads, but isnt a miracle worker and you do have to use other methods along with it, like removing make-up at night etc. It is a decent purchase though and if nothing else, is a good facial exfoliator.

Nice, honest feedback on the product here - I think this is the scrub I've seen on TV with the teenage girl in the advert who claims to have spots but has flawless skin so I've been a bit dubious about just how good this range might be.
Good assessment on how the packaging suits the product and the effect it has on your skin - I often read mixed opinions on how often you should exfoliate so I imagine for sensitive skins, once a day might be too much (like you, I try to do it every day but don't always remember).
Also, your review is just the right length to give enough detail about the price, usage instructions and effects.
