Advantages: None! Disadvantages: Having a thumping headache for days on end
Migraine just a headache? I wish!!
I have suffered with migraines since a young child but especially for the last 10 years , they are a complete nightmare and can take over my life.
Symptoms - for me one of the first signs of a migraine is me being hungry , well not just hungry I could seriously eat a horse! Then I get flashing lights or little blobs before my eyes , I also start to feel sick and then finally the headache starts . I have learnt now to take painkillers as soon as I know a headache is on the way before the sickness kicks in.
Treatment - I have tried so many different migraine prescriptions over the years but lately I find the best thing is to take soluble paracetomol , I also sometimes take metoclopramide for the sickness. If my head is thumping I will go to bed and try and sleep of course this isn`t always ...
Advantages: The best gaming console known to man! Disadvantages: A hefty price (although it is worth it)!
four USB 2.0 ports on the front of the console and there were another 2 on the back of the console, but Sony have decided to get rid of the 2 USB 2.0 ports on the back, for a reason that can only be explained as no-one is really going to need that many. There were two HDMI ports on the old version, which meant you could connect two HD TV's to your PS3, but now there is only one HDMI port, so now you can only have it connected to one HD TV, but to be honest, how could you possibly afford a PS3, and two HD ready TV's?!
The controller has also been ...
Advantages: Perfect in every way! So many tracks! Disadvantages: Nothing
There are a few skinhead reggae compilations that are essential to your collection. This is definitely one of them!
Dawning of a NewEra gathers together tracks from the classic era of reggae, 1968 & '69, and like the equally-essential "Dancehall '69", was compiled by Michael De Koningh, which means you get an impeccable selection of prime reggae, beginning with the massive tune "John Jones" from Rudy Mills. From there highlights include the so-terrible-it's-brilliant "Rescue Me" by The Reggae Girls, the even better "Su Su Su" by The Pioneers, a perfect rocksteady instrumental from the The Good Guys called "In Like Flint", and "Reggae Hit the Town" - the absolute classic tune from The Ethiopians, plus my personal favourite - "Splash Down" by The Crystalites, a driving instrumental which could be used as the musical dictionary term ...
