...I have recently overhauled my kitchen with new appliances, one of which is the new BEKO range. I purchased the BEKO larder fridge. I was not only very impressed with the price, but it compared much better in design than some of the top name brands. I also bought the matching freezer and they really look stunningly smart in my new kitchen. The manufacturer has really taken time to study the curved styled image. The inside had a larger capacity than some of the other top brands. The larder fridge is easy to keep clean and very accessible for cleaning. There are plenty of shelves and bottle spaces which are fully adjustable. I highly recommend this product.... Read review

...Moved into a new house last June & our old fridgefreezer wouldn't fit in the kitchen so we bought a separate larder fridge. Having had a Hotpoint Washing Machine (now over 25 years old) and still in excellent working order, we decided to plump for a Hotpoint Larder Fridge. I was about to order a new bottle shelf as ours dropped off, when it stopped working - It's now 13 months old and dead! When i first called the local repair bloke out he thought it was the thermostat (very common apparently in a Hotpoint larder fridge) However, it wasn't - it's something to do with a little black box at the back of the fridge. Apparently there are 4 different makes to choose from (all with different voltage rates) & the one for my fridge is now obsolete. I am told that this particular model is only 18 months old. ...I have been looking around for a new fridge for my relatively small kitchen. The problem I had was that there is not much workspace so I wanted a larder fridge instead of a fridgefreezer so that I could put my microwave on top of it. However, I didn't want a basic one oh no I wanted the 50's retro style like the Bosch or SMEG. On searching round our local stores to my horror I found that Bosch and SMEG were charging anything from £1,000 to £1,500 for the type of fridge I wanted. At the weekend we had another look in Comet and found a new range that I hadn't seen before called Scandinova. It is perfect, it is a silver finish larder fridge but it is substantially bigger than the standard fridge, it has four bottle holding wires inside, six compartments in the door, a veg tray, three storage boxes and three more glass shelves.
