...have a picture of the man himself Paul Newman, I also like the fact that it states he donates all the profits after tax for charity, which to date he has given 150 million, so atleast some of our money is going to a good cause. The dressing is all natural with no preservatives and is suitable for vegetarians, the taste is like a bitter sweet and it leaves you wanting more, however it does state that once opened it should be used within four weeks. ... This dressing is one of the best - it tastes home made but has more flavour than a basic vinaigrette. It is dark, tangy and sweet but low in calories compared to the other dressings I like. I use it on its own or as a base for more exotic dressings- its so much easier than starting from scratch! Its a great stand-by when you haven't time to make a dressing but I really wouldn't bother to make my own now, this is so good! I have had loads of complements from guests - nobody knows I cheat!!
