I can only speak for kids clothes in next as I don't buy adult clothes from them.
I don't buy many clothes from them, but the bits and pieces I have bought have been really good.
If you have a good look at the clothes, you do find some of the items a bit overpriced, but generally they are comparable to places like Adam's and Mothercare. I think the quality is good.
I like the fact that they make a good range of sizes in each item. Sometimes you can't always get the size that you want, but often they have them at the back of the shop, so it is always worth an ask if something is not in the size you require.
I find that the clothes wash well, I have never had any problems with them at all.
I do think that the Girls sections have more choices than boys, but I find this to be the same everywhere. The girls clothes are such pretty colours and bright designs.
I like the accessories that they do too. I looked everywhere for a leather belt for a 3 year old, and they were the only shop that did one. I do think that their underwear are a bit expensive.
When they have a sale, they have brilliant reductions. People queue outside and is just a lot of pushing and shoving when the doors are open. Everything goes really quickly.

Advantages: They're stylish, smart, wear extremely well and are reasonably priced. Disadvantages: The claimed non-iron finish does actually need a light iron to look it's best.
