Found what I wanted in minutes- black shoes that were comfortable. They did not have my size on shop floor so had to get someone to check in the back. They found the size I was looking for in minutes. I had a browse around the store which was clean and tidy, unlike most stores these days!
The customer service rep put my shoes behind the counter and when I came to the checkout it was sooooo quick and easy.I found what I wanted in seconds and was out of the door within 10 minutes. I could not have asked for anything better!
I had looked around all the other stores for hours, but they either didnt have what I wanted or were sold out on my size!Couldn't have asked for anything better!

Hi. You need to be much more detailed. What was the range like in Next? What made you like their range compared to other shops? How was the customer service? et etc
