The person who was demonstrating the player actually took the player and tossed it on the table! No Skips! I've never seen a dvd player take that kind of abuse.
I was also impressed to see that you could easily mount these dvd players in the car without any problems. I've been to Costco and seen the ones that come with a big bag that wraps around the entire seat of the car. Too much hassle!
Now let's talk about picture quality. These players really win on this one. My old clamshell design player started heating up after 2 hours of play. Not only did these screens stay cool, but I could see a clear pircture from any angle!
The only downside is that It's hard to find these dvd players. But I think that's what makes it special. I found a link for a NEXTBASE USA.
