I was doing some product comparison. I found a Nextbase DVD player vendor at a local autoshow. Initially, i figured it would be the same as the COBY or other cheap brand that I could find at the local electronics store. This brand is truly unique. The person who was demonstrating the player actually took the player and tossed it on the table! No Skips! I've never seen a dvd player take that kind of abuse.
I was also impressed to see that you could easily mount these dvd players in the car without any problems. I've been to Costco and seen the ones that come with a big bag that wraps around the entire seat of the car. Too much hassle!

I expressed my view to having one of these and low and behold one turned up for my birthday this year. Reason for wanting one was because sitting outside shops waiting for the wife or children at after school clubs I had nothing to do. I started watching a little analogue TV but that soon died a death so I reverted to a portable DVD player but you can only watch so films twice. HENCE!!!
