I was a smoker of two pacs per day (not proud for that) for over 10 years and i have tried two times to quit. At first i said one day ..that'it , you are now quiting smoking. And i didn't put it in my mouth for 7 months. Just like that. And then one day, i can't even remember why (long time ago), i started again.
