Great product. I quit smoking two years ago using this product and it is great to be a non-smoker.

I prefer these lozenges and recommend it to anyone who wants to quit. I did not tell myself that I am going to quit because I would retaliate against my own will. I just "postponed" by using these lozenges each time I felt like smoking. I got in the habit of using it with a good cup of coffee and in no time I "forgot" ...

I still smoked the odd cigarette or two just to have no boundaries. After a couple of weeks I did not feel the need to smoke at all. The price average around £10 per box containing 96 lozenges. It is still harmful as this product contains 4, 2 or 1mg of nicotine per lozenge, depending of the strength you buy. The advantage is that you do not inhale harmful smoke containing tar. It has a sweet minty flavour which became pleasant and is somewhat similar to a polo mint. I recommend to get hooked to these and without forcing yourself to cut down and quit cigarettes initially. I can not stress enough; do not set limits otherwise your stubborn habit will break it down. You have to fool your habit. I recommend this product to anyone and it is available in all major chain supermarkets and chemists.

I have to say that I am somewhat frustrated that the government do not force cigarette selling corner shops, pubs, garages and newsagent to sell these products on the same shelves as their cigarettes. Many people want to stop and are now forced to, but there is no support in these places. It is EXTREEMLY frustrating when you run out late night and all the shops selling them are closed BUT ironically there are loads of cigarettes available that time of night but no nicotine replacement products. Perhaps I can also stand up and ask for more support from YOU and get this matter taken further... All this said, it is a great product and I can recommend to try it at the very least! See how it goes... what do you have to loose?
