    Advantages Advantages Lightweight, good to use & hold, fantastic for quick sauces or just general mixing & other uses.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Expensive prices, not exactly heat proof, can scratch easily due to its light porcelain mix.

    When my mother broke her wrist eleven years ago, baking had to take a side step before we rallied around and tried to find appliances and accessories that would help her in the kitchen. Out went the heavy mixing bowls that she could no longer lift and in came accessories like lightweight plastic bowls to stainless steel bowls (the Kenwood Chef's own one came in handy) in different sizes and other accessories like the Nigella Lawson Living mixing set which my mother bought at the same time as the "toilet cistern" bread bin from the Lawson empire, even though that product was heavy, it provided ... more

    I bought these bowls for two reasons really. I'm a huge Nigella Lawson fan, and I'd seen these on her programmes, and also the lovely cream colour matches all my new kitchen appliances. Yes they are very expensive for a set of kitchen bowls, and I must admit that I was a little hesitant about the cost initially. However I'm so glad that I decided to splurge on them. They have been in constant use virtually every day since I got them, the set of bowls contains 4 bowls in varying sizes, which stack and nestle neatly inside each other when stored away.
