Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair
Review of Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair by
ivytoad
Advantages: Protects skin, makes it look healthier
Disadvantages: A bit pricey, takes a few minutes to absorb, smells a bit icky!
I really like Estee Lauder products but I don't buy them that often because they are so expensive. There has been a lot of hype and advertising surrounding the 'Advanced Night Repair' product recently and I just got a new job so I thought I would treat myself and decided to buy this to see what it was like.
The product is meant to help your skin to repair itself from UV and environmental damage and also protect against these strains too before they ... ...something right since it has been winning awards. So far it has won the Cosmopolitan Beauty Awards 2007 for the Best Age-Defying Serum, The Red Magazine Beauty Awards 2007 for the Best Night Product and it also won Harper's Bazaar 50 Best Beauty Buys 2006 for Anti-Ageing Skin Saver.
I really like the design of the bottle. It is quite simplistic and minimalist which I really like. The serum comes in a brown glass bottle that is rectangular in shape. ...

Does what it says on the tin!
Review of Clarins Extra Firming Night Cream (All Skin Types) by
weaholt
Advantages: Firms, smells divine!
Disadvantages: Ouch in the wallet!!
Clarins has a very good reputation for excellent skin care products. The company was originally formed in 1954, so it has 52 years of skin care experience! You should expect to pay considerably more for any of their products as you are buying a branded, quality product.
Clarins products are created from plant extracts, each with their own qualities to offer to the skin. The products are rigorously tested to ensure that they are safe and that their ... ...over 5000 of them!
Clarins are also an environmentally friendly company, favouring recyclable packaging where ever possible. In addition to this, they do not test on animals which is a big consideration for a lot of people, including myself.
I had this product bought for me as a gift - I don't think I would stretch to the hefty price tag had I been looking for a night cream myself!
The cream is suitable for all skin types, so whether you have ...

Goodnight skin.
Review of Clarins Gentle Night Cream by
neenn
Advantages: Moisturises your skin as you sleep.
Disadvantages: Cost
...I always used to buy Clarins products but as age crept up on me as did bills, mortgages etc I decided to look for more reasonably priced products which in my opinion do very much the same as this......in my view you are paying for the name.
Anyway, this 50ml tub cost £22.50 in Aug 2005 and I have recently browsed through the Clarins counters and it's ranges from £26 to £30 in department stores. Very expensive but great for anyone who has lots of ... ...much you have left. Clarins describe this tub as an 'airless' jar that keeps out both air and light which protects the product's pureness and effectiveness. **********************************************************************
What does it promise to do?

Soothing, smoothing and sleep inducing.
Review of Clarins Multi Active Night Lotion Prevention Plus by
fuzzyfelt
Advantages: smells fantastic, absorbed quickly, non-greasy
Disadvantages: quite expensive
This light lotion is presented in a classy looking purple pump-action bottle holding 50ml of the product.
The lotion is very light weight, white and smells delicious - it's very soothing and sleep inducing. It's absorbed very quickly and does not leave the skin feeling even remotely greasy, unlike many other night lotions or creams. It feels very comfortable on the skin, not heavy or congesting. I also have fairly sensitive and spot-prone skin but, ... ...not aggrevate it.
Because it is in a pump action bottle there is very little waste as you can apply as little or as much as you need. I have found two 'blobs' will do my face, neck and décolleté.
I would suggest if you're going to treat yourself and splash out on an expensive moisturiser, this is definitely something you should consider. A little seems to go a long way so it's probably not all that expensive on a 'per use' basis. ...

Super Restorative Night Wear .
Review of Clarins Super Restorative Night Wear by
smcccc
Advantages: Works well for me.
Disadvantages: Price.
...birthday I was given some Clarins beauty products one of them being a small jar of 'Super restorative night wear', My birthday was at the end of December so I've been using the 'Super restorative night wear' for well over a month now and I am really pleased with the results.
I've since found that this 50ml jar can cost from £50-£70, and personally when I buy face creams I'd refuse to pay anywhere near this price, I think the most I've paid is around ... ...a gold trim with the Clarins logo on the top.
The lid is an easy to open screw off top which opens in one turn so it is very easy to open and close.
As soon as you take the lid off the scent of the cream drifts out, not that it is overpowering not at all it smells very lightly and freshly of Jasmine one of the ingredients used in this lovely cream.
The cream is white but looking at it in the red jar it has a pinkish hew but that is the strong ...
