Nike Town (Shop)

There are many sport brands around but Nike in my opinion is the best. Although it is not the cheapest brand in the world, the styling is a lot better than its rivals. Nike spend millions on advertising with great adverts really catching the imagination of potential buyers. The various adverts are some of the best around and have their rivals such as Adidas trying to play catch up. I have visited many different sports shops in my life but I have never come across anything quite like Nike Town. The shop is on three levels just by Oxford Circus tube station and I was somewhat bewildered when I first entered the store as Niketown does not look like your average sports store. Fortunately there was someone on hand to advise people where to go to find what they were looking for. ''Oh my god'', thats the first words that came out of my mouth when I entered Nike Town in New York City. The wow factor certainly hit me on entering the shop. With Nike probable being the biggest and most recognisable sports brand in the world, its clear to see why they leave their competitors like Adidas and Reebox behind in the race to be number one in the world of sport. If you like Nike then you will love the Nike village in Oxford Street London, it sells all Nike has to offer. It’s a three storey building and stocks a lot of goods, all Nike of course and you’ll be able to find anything you want there. We went down to get the new Nike trainers, but they weren’t out, but it was just so wonderful. Just imagine quality goods and with such a wide range of clothes, sports wear you could find something to suite you. Ever wanted the biggest selection of nike stuff?... Well Nike Town in NYC is the place you have to visit if you're in manhattan. The store is absolutely massive and has everything nike has to offer along with all the latest products which have been just released. Also, if you're buying trainers they generally have all the shoes in every size, so availability isn't a problem. Finding your way around the store can be a problem at busy times, but generally the signs do their job. I would say that you get good value for money in NYC because of the exchange rate at the moment, along with the prices ... more
