Advantages: Value for Money, Easy to Use, Good Motivation Disadvantages: Proper Trainers Are Expensive
Following a knee injury I decided it would be better to have pair of running trainers instead of normal everday trainers for going out jogging. I heard about this Nike+ iPodSport Kit and bought it along with Nike+ trainers to go along with it.
~~~What is it?~~~
The Apple Nike+ iPodSport Kit comes with a small sensor which fits under the sole of your left Nike+ running shoe, or if you don't have Nike+ trainers then you can buy a pouch which can be tied to your laces, that the sensor is placed in. Along with the sensor you also get a wireless receiver which plugs into the bottom of your iPod.
watching any 3-hour films incase I end up with square telly eyes (the ones you were warned about when sitting too close to the TV lol 8-) ).
So far, movie clips have been brilliant to watch but I am somewhat apprehensive about certain types of films - somehow, I don't think Die Hard and the neon lights of The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift will have quite the same "WOW!" factor on a 3.5in screen!
~~~~~FUNCTIONS: INTERNET~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
