The Nikon 4300 is my first digital camera and I was worried that digital photos would just not hold up quality wise to a 35mm photo, I must say I was immediately amazed at, and impressed with, the picture quality of the Nikon. It is very difficult to take a bad picture with this camera (although it happens on occasion) I also enjoy the super easy upload to my computer. Quick and easy step by step programme. I haven't even read the manual it is so easy to operate I bought this camera for my online retail business I have been using it indoors and most often with the flash but you can turn the flash off . The battery dies out very quickly when the flash is used. Fortunately the battery charges quickly, in about one hour. I like the design of the camera, it is chunky but fits the hand well, and looks as cool as the name indicates. But I am very disappointed at the on and off button which feels "cheap" on this not so cheap camera and will probably be the first thing to break. Same thing goes for the lid closing in the battery. Feels cheap and will probably break. I am quite happy with this camera but have a feeling that there is something even better out there Thanks for reading
