Advantages: Produces great pictures, comfortable to use. Disadvantages: Lots of settings could get complicated for first time digital buyers.
This has got to be the best digital camera I've had so far. It creates beautiful pictures of times I want to remember. The camera itself is well designed and the shape is created for ease of use, which it definately achieves. You can take pictures one handed, and find your thumb fits automatically over the zoom button. This has got to be a highlight of the design. The camera does have a very slow start-up, and take quite a while to actually take ... ...cause severly blurred pictures. Having said that, it is also very capable of taking incredibly sharp pictures.
The optical zoom, of 8.3 is almost unheard of on cameras of this price range. And performs beauitfully. It is definately one of the best features on this camera. The features of this camera are many. This could get confusing, but it definately aids to the quality of picture. It puts the person behind the camera in control, unlike many other ...

Advantages: Easy to use & nice shape Disadvantages: did not come with a case or memory card.
This is one of the best beget digital cameras I have used.
It is a nice shape, takes very sharp pictures and has one of the best menu systems I have used.
The camera is best at taking scenery and I have some holiday photograph that look like postcards.
There are lots of extras included in the camera including being able to modify the picture and setting
for different types of pictures although I usually just point and shoot.
The zoom is good ... ...lasted about 2 days before it needed
Recharging as long as it was not used for lots of flash photography and the LCD was not left on for long periods.
The only things I could say are a problem with the camera is the lack of case which will cost about £10 and memory card which is about £24 for a 256 mg card which I would recommend as the minimum to purchase.
To sum up this camera is worth getting even though the initial cost is higher than others ...

Advantages: Zoom, panorama assist, easy to use Disadvantages: none yet
This is my third digital camera and it is by far the best. It is easy to use, has a great zoom, and is reletivley small for the amount of stuff packed into it. The panorama assist is one of the coolest things that I have seen. After you take your first picture it super imposes 1/3 of it onto the next picture to help you line up your shot and make sure your overlaping the pictures and capturing everything. It is great for making 360 degree shots. ... ...I recently took a few pictures on the top of a mountain overlooking a lake. Without the zoom I could barely see the house on the other side of the lake a huge distance away (at least 1 km) but with the full optical and digital zoom I could clearly see the house and practically look into its windows. The optical zoom alone was very impressive, with the house taking up most of the frame. This compared to the little speck that it took up in the picture ...

I love taking photos but I am the first to admit that I am not very good at it. Most of the pics I take are just holiday snaps or pics of the family but I tend to have my fair share of blurry photos and heads cut off, although not so much now. I recently more
