The body of P5100 is made from magnesium alloy. It comes in Black colour which probably is a tactic from the designers because on pictures it looks bigger than it is in reality . Advantages: Easily handleable and extensive pre-programmed settings. Disadvantages: Slightly slow at taking the pictures at times.

It is small, pocketable, sturdy and easy to handle. The pre-programmed settings in "scene" are excellent with a good range to choose from. I think there is a need for short cuts though as there are quite a few to scroll through.
