    MY FIRST ELECTRICAL REVIEW!! On my 19th birthday, I was determined to get a camera. My grandparents offered to help me out a little with the cost as long as I obviously paid my part. The day after my birthday I got the train to my grandparents house and we took a trip to Tesco where after what seemed like hours of browsing I decided on the Nikon Coolpix s3100. If you haven't seen this camera before I'd be surprised. It seems to be on before, during and after every hollyoaks episode and other shows too.     Advantages Advantages Takes good photos, easy to use, small and light.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages 2 cameras so far, same fault on both. Doesn't seem reliable!

    I wanted a camera for my wife that had to be small, light, take good photos and be as simple as being a case of 'point and shoot'. On top of that it had to look good too...! After several hours on the internet and visiting camera stores I discovered the Nikon Coolpix S3100. It looked great with it's curves and modern appearance. Closer inspection showed it was small enough to fit in a pocket or handbag and it was very light.     Great little camera I decided to treat myself to a new camera before going on a trip to the Lakes with the kids. I looked for ages for the right one but was getting confused with all the different specifications that they had and I finally decided to buy the Nikon S3100 because in the end it came down to how it looked because nearly all the ones in my price range sounds like they had the same specifications.     The Nikon Coolpix S3100 is quite a good camera for everyday use with its 14megapixle, 5x optical zoom lens and it also has HD ready video. You can purchase this camera in lots of different colours (citrus, yellow. pink. purple. blue and the usual black and silver) personal i chose the pink. I like this camera as it is light weight and slim, fits nicely into my handbag. I also like the fact that it has a dedicated record button on the back at the top right had corner, press this to instantly start recording so no messing around in the setting to get the the record like i had to with my old ... more

I was more than happy to have received it. If you are looking for a shirt pocket sized cool camera, this one is for you. The size of the camera works to its advantage among the many other factors.
